4. Fees and Payment
All fees for services will be agreed upon in advance.
Payment terms will be communicated in writing (quotation or invoice).
Late payments may result in suspension of services until payment is received.
5. Limitation of Liability
Safety Excellence provides guidance, documentation, and systems to improve workplace safety and compliance. However:
We cannot guarantee zero workplace accidents or injuries.
Responsibility for implementation and ongoing compliance rests with the client.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses that may arise from the use of our services.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials, templates, and documentation provided by Safety Excellence remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may use these materials only for internal business purposes and may not reproduce, resell, or distribute them without permission.
